Here is another easy Ayesha Curry dish that really blew me away. Bacon is so unbelievably delicious without any other accompaniments or fanfare, but this version really highlights its true potential.
Ayesha sprinkles a surprisingly complimentary mixture of brown sugar, fresh cracked black pepper, and… fennel (???) onto this thick cut bacon to create a very innovative update to a classic breakfast staple.
Quick note: I only make my bacon in the oven now. Why? Because it’s no-mess (if you line your cookie sheet with foil), and it comes out perfectly every single time. If you haven’t tried it, get onboard!
